Job Summery:
The Marketing and Sales Specialist is responsible for leading, developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns to promote MMALABS, services, and programs. This role involves collaborating with internal teams to create compelling marketing materials, analyzing market trends, and measuring the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare marketing.
- Lead sales initiatives and cordinate sale aimed at ensuring impactful customer experience.
Qualifications:
- HND/Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Previous experience in healthcare marketing or branding is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
