The Medical Lab Scientist – Low will report to the Lead Lab Manager
Job Overview
The position is intended for entry level lab professionals with maximized laboratory operation and clinical skill and knowledge in Good Clinical Laboratory Practice. Persons occupying this position partake in technical decisions and shall work under supervision.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Good Medical Laboratory practice
- Patient Reception control and management
- Laboratory quality management setup and maintenance.
- Testing and department reporting
Qualifications
The minimum qualification shall be a minimum of Diploma in Medical Laboratory Science.
Opportunity shall be given to employees to have a development course of interest to specialize in any of the specific responsibilities.
Knowledge Skill and Abilities
- Diploma/ HND Level
- AHPC License is mandatory
- Completion of mandatory internship in at least a District level medical laboratory.
- Ability to communicate in English and Twi
- Passion for Business growth and development with integrity

- Ability to learn and apply management principles.
