The Delivery Associate will report to Head of Logistics/ Lab Incharge
Job Overview
The position is intended for vehicle delivery personnel with little laboratory or clinical skills and knowledge. Persons occupying this position do not partake in technical decisions and shall work under strict supervision.
Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Receive and transport samples or reports to clients.
- Carrying out phlebotomy and appropriate sample management
- Receiving and escorting clients
- Sent on errands; marketing, courier, banking and etc.
- Typing and storing of documents as may be instructed
Qualifications
The minimum qualification shall be high school certificate.
Opportunity shall be given to employee to have development course in laboratory assistantship, customer care, safety, and store management which will form the base
Knowledge Skill and Abilities
